I've seen a few sites which shows altered clie lancher skins. But does any know how it can be installed.
Also how can the graffiti area by changed with a new skin. Whats is the process involved. Hotsyncing it doesn't seem to work. Are there any suggestions. Please help!

might want to search the forums. there is plenty of discussion on how to do these things you are asking. for starters, use an app like photoskin to add a skin to the graffiti area

Most are replacement apps to the CLIE-LAUNCHER. things like zLauncher, MegaLauncher, HandScape, YiShow... etc etc etc. Many replacement apps out there which allow skins(backgrounds) to be placed on your Palm's Desktop. Add things like WonderSilk for your graffiti-area ... you can end up with a single picture which could cover all areas of your PDA. :)

But what about the 'Silk Plug-in' button at the bottom of the silk area? Seems that the only choice at the moment is 'Standard Input'. Anybody knows whether Sony will release other input plug-ins?

I don't think Sony has any plans on making plug-ins, but there are a few that I know of. Wondersilk is a great one, and if you do a search here, you will find lots of info about that. There are also some other plug-ins that came in a set. If you check out my Yahoo group (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/camerons_clie_group/), I think I have the English versions uploaded in the files section. Those inlcuded a calculater, which is my favorite, or a clock, or a ToDo list, or a Datebook, all on the Graffiti area.

to change the skin in clieLauncher when installed:

just type shortcut + r (/(from down to up) then 'r') and choose the skin from the popup menu in the lower window.
