T/e problem

i just bought another new T/e and the flip cover won't fit so i chekcked witha flash light and theres an extra little peice that won't let it in so i returned it and i got another one i bring it home and bam! same thing it won't fit the t/e i had one before but sold it and it slipped on perfectly.

By any chance are you trying to put the cover on the wrong way? Did you try flipping the cover around, then attaching this. I tried to put the cover on the wrong way when i first got the Tungsten E, and found that it only went in half way.
