Screen Damage to 600

I accidently dropped my 3 month old treo 600 and the lower quarter of the screen seems to have taken it badly.....Its not the glass cover but the actual screen beneath, which changes state from being totally black/navy to normal self, from time to time.

Any idea if it can be fixed, or if there is any place where such repairs are carried out.
