Hi, i own a Palm Tungsten T3 which i carry in my pocket all the time. No more than two (2) months after i got it, i noticed that i had lost three (3) of the screws securing the case. And before i could thighten the last one remaining, it was gone. It started to get annoying as my T3 would turn off by itself just by switching hands.

So i went back to the store where i bought it. I was refered to Palm Customer Service, where i explaned the situation. They decided to send me, by mail, the small screw's, allowing a few weeks for delivery delay. Fine with me...

A month later, still haven't recieved nothing, so I called back. They said they already sent some... but would send it again...

It ended up taking four (4) calls over three (3) months before i recieved the screws. No note on special care putting them back, nor excuse found in the package. No communication at all explaning what took so long. So i just put them back on, no special care and never had further problem... regarding the screws.

That left with the bad feeling that Palm didn't care much about me, and the trouble they got me in.

p.s. Feel free to comment, or contact me wasorar@hotmail.com

Hey, I've never seen a problem where Palm dosen't care. Maybe you should try to call them and say what happend. Then you might get a answer because it's not like there just going to hang up on you right there on the phone.

Also, maybe it's the mail service you used. Give them a call and ask why my package took more than 0-3 months to get to my house on my doorstep. There a 50-50 cahnce that it had somthing to do with the ground shipping servive.

Tell me how it goes!
