Hello,
If any of you NX users have been having trouble charging your units with the dock (ie. it does not charge everytime): separate the adapter from the dock and SLIGHTLY bend the three metal pins inside to one direction. Becareful not to bend them too much or the adapter plug will not go back in.
I found that with time, these connectors gradually lost contact.
