Tungsten E baterry prob.

hey i just sold my tungsten E to my freind for 100 $ and now hew wants to return it because he sais the battery is goes down too fast well, i check and he's rite th ebattery is going down really fast so i told him to delete the stuff he put on and only keep the stuff I had on it so he did but still the battery drains very fast i turned off beam recieve and on in cradle i lowered the birghtness i tried everything please help i do not want to have to buy the palm back i need the moeny for a NEW palm i want to get

Do a soft reset while the TE is charging. This recalibrates the battery and may resolve the problem.

yup...no diiference it drains after 45 min. now (all the way down)

Sounds like the battery is dead. Sorry to hear that. You can get a replacement battery from PDAParts.com but that will cost you. The best thing to do is refund the money and either try to sell it for parts, or fix it yourself and sell again.

*sighs* alrighty it's not worth it to buy a battery i guess ill just refund it and ....and.... find something to do with it

You should be able to get money selling it for parts on eBay since only the battery is dead. There are more than enough people who wouldnt mind doing a battery upgrade in return for a slightly used TE.
