Using BT to hotsync

Toying with the idea of getting a USB-BlueTooth adapter and using BT to sync my T/T5 with my PC. Is it any faster than using the cable provided?

I've tried BT-syncing using my old m130 (with a Palm Bluetooth Card) and my current T3. In my experience BT-syncing is always slower compared to syncing through a USB-connected cradle/cable.

No, it is not faster because the BT is implemented over a serial connection rather than the faster COM-USB connection.
