Converting MQV to MP4?

I've seen several people here who say that MQV files are simply "MP4 in a Quicktime wrapper." Well, is there any way to "remove" the wrapper, and retrieve the MP4? I've got a Clie, and want to share my video collection with a buddy who has a PSP, but Image Converter 2 actually transcodes these files (lowering quality). Is there any way to accomplish the MQV-->MP4 conversion without transcoding or going back to the original source? (I also have Quicktime Pro, if that'll help)...

Set video and audio to passthrough in options.

Well, now I'm not so sure if this is going to work. I loaded the VZ-90 codecs and FullMoviePlayer onto my Clie, and I can play MP4 movies that I transcode from MQV with Image Converter 2, but when I use QuickTime Pro to export the SAME movie as an MP4, the clie can't play it. It shows up in the menu, but just won't play. Is there some other header information that IC2 mightbe adding that QT Pro isn't?

You need to use 3gpconverter

set it for psp video encode and ad the following lines to the transcoding.ini

Command2="rm "<%TemporaryFile%>_2.3gp"

this changes the file header from mqv to mp4 .

Thanks! I finally got to try it out, and it works wonderfully! It'll now take ~60 seconds each to convert my Clie movies for PSP, instead of the long time that Image Converter would need. I really appreciate it!
