I was hoping that someone out there could help me with a problem i am having.
I am new with all this palm stuff.i have a clie nx80. I would like to know how to put movies from my computer onto my palm. i bought a 1gb card hoping i would be able to put video files from my computer onto my clie nx80. But for the life of me i cant work it out.
Could somebody please give me some step by step instructions on how to put video files on my nx80. I need them to be really simple for complete newbies coz im not that good with all this technology.

Mike:

There are numerous forum threads that give very clear instructions about a variety of programs and software that will burn your DVDs, Mpegs, etc into usable video for your NX80. I would recommend a simple search of the forums. That's what I've done, do, and will continue to do...

Welcome to the world of the NX80! As Timage has said, there is a wealth of information on putting movies onto your memory stick to play on your Clie. A lot of it may seem a bit overwhelming, but if you do some readinig, you will find some useful information. There is a nice user-friendly guide entitled "Converting a DVD using FairUse Wizard LE" that is a fairly simple to understand set of instructions located in the Video forum. The bottom line is, you have to covert your movie to a file that can be interpreted by your Clie, and then store it in the right place on your memory stick. There are many variations on that theme. Good luck!
