another "flippy thing"

So is there any answer to the flippy thing problem. I have replaced the screen on my nx70 and whin you open it up and turn it on it works great but whin I retate the screen and flip it the screen flips but the touch glass will not. HELP

everything seems to be tight. I gives a little beep as you turn the screen, and i meen the stuff on the screen, will not flip.
