Does anyone knows that any 3rd party CF Wireless card works with NX70V? Or any drivers available? Since the Sony Wireless card is too expensive compare with other vendors...

No, as of now it's $ony only. No 3rd party drivers available.
The Sony WiFi card will however work with other systems.

No. There are many post about this. I have the Sony card and hafve not regreted spending the money.

I think you will be satisfied if you get the Sony Card. This Intel card is low in power consumption (for a WiFi card) and has very good range.

Nobody is twisting your arm :)! The Intel version is similary priced. The WiFi card for a Visor is $299.00, now that's overpriced.
