Anyone Succesfully dial-up through Cingular Wireless?

I have GPRS through Cingular, which works fine, but I can't seem to dial-up to my ISP (so I can use my voice minutes after I use up my 1MB of data per month).  Has anyone gotten this to work?  Doesn't GPRS ("Wireless Internet Express") include the "data connect" feature that enables CSD/dial-up calls?  Please help, I'm not getting anywhere with the Cingular customer "service" reps...

I'm using T61d with bluetooth to connect to my ISP via dialup. My phone does not even have GSM/GPRS so I don't have internet express as a option. The problem I run into is in sending emails larger than 8k or so out, does not work, phone turns itself off and back on. This could be long text email or email with attachment. I had same results when trying to FTP upload a file. Seems to be limitation of the phone.
