I did underclock my tungsten t with lightspeed to 50mhz or something like that, so now if my th55 don't ring when it is time to wake to school then my tungsten t will ring :D. Idea on that underclock is to same battery, so now it does run many many weeks or months without any charge . This one way to use old device. I also sometimes use my zire 71 as emergency remote control btw :). However my th55 is still my main pda for all other things...

I use my old PDAs for my kids (they are special needs) I/They have found them to be very useful in helping them with daily living needs.

I brought my retired Handspring Visor Deluxe out of retirement for school. A very useful utility when packed with freeware.

My Visor Prism went to my 4 year old daughter. There are several games on it that she likes.

My wife's Palm m500 is now my GPS controller. I got a Magellan m500 GPS Companion as the receiver. It worked well enough to help us find our way around Boston, which is a challenge even for Bostonians.

my old SJ20's loaded with reference ebooks and stuff. since i cna't use the graffiti area anymore, because it's worn down completely, all i can do is tap the screen and use the jog dials and buttons. i do have graffiti anywhere on it, but i'm just to lazy to pull out the stylus.

Being from there originally that is quite an accomplishment lol :)

i just remembered another use for my SJ20: paperweight.

i've forgotten that when the wind blows through the window, i use my SJ20 to keep my paper from flying all over the place.

i just under clocked my nz and iam running pocket tunes, i am not sure about this i've underclocked pocket tunes to 33mhz and it still runs fine just takes a little while to load playlists... i am hoping this will greatly imporve my batter life and help me decide if i wanna get an ipod or simmilar player.

I need a new battery for my SJ30 cuz the battery depletes even when it's off for a day or 2. I guess the battery has come to the end of its life since I got it in 2002. So until I get a new battery, I can only use it as a paper weight or testing some new apps/games I've never tried.

I sell some and give away some if I think someone I know might have a good use for it.
I gave away a Handspring Visor and a Prism, a Toshiba e310, Clie t615c and a Jornada 620 in recent years.
There might be more I am forgetting.

My wife got my old one. All she wants is a phone book and a day planner--perfect! The REALLY old imitation Palm (you know--form factor looks like a palm, but is really a 128 KB phone directory with stylus) went to the 3 year old so that HE can have a palm pilot just like Mommy and Daddy!

Well, I need the older handhelds for testing my priograms on them. And the Vii prototype-nobody touches that, its holy!
