Hello:
I was trying out your new preview 6 to Datebook 5c and I ran across a Fatal Error Message.
Starting on the Single day view, I would press NEW -> APPOINTMENT -> CANCEL and this would return me to the main screen I started from. I then attempted to go to another day by pressing GO and at that point I kept getting an error message that reads:

Program Information
Error Saving Appointment
OK

... and after pressing the OK button...

Fatal Alert
MemoryMgr.c, Line:4477,
Chunk under-locked
RESET

The RESET button does not respond anyway, a nd I am forced to use the reset hole on the back of my unit. This problem occurs every time I decide to cancel writing in an appointment after opening the appointment screen. I hope my report helps. END OF REPORT.

I would like to hear from others at ClieSource that may have experienced this same problem.

Looks like an NX problem - doesn't occur on my NR-70.

Hi all:

I should tell you that Pimlico has actually answered my email of the bug report on a Sunday (Monday is a holiday even). I am frankly impressed. In any case, they told me I had to delete the preferences on the Datebook 5 and then try to reinstall it and retype a registration number...

In any case, I had a fatal error and I lost everything. I had been playing with some skins that may not have been very good for my OS. In any case, I will restore as much as I can. I will update this thread on the progress.

UPDATE:

All is functioning perfectly well with Datebook 5 now.

This company has almost unbelievable customer support...

No problem on mx NX70, despite I have a Japanese NX70V and run DateBk5.0c p6 English version...

Must be a interference from an other program...

Good luck

only thing is, in the 2 week view, there is a '+' sign after some events.
