Unfortunately, the m130 cannot play MP3's. I think that not only does its CPU not have the processing power to handle MP3's, the m130 also does not have the appropriate hardware (for connecting earphones, etc.) :(

There are a couple of programs which transform a mp3 or similar file into a proprietary format, and manages to play that out of the tiny speaker. You could try Kinoma as well.
However again, there are no earphone sockets or the like.

Also, the audio quality is very bad IMHO. I had the program on my IIIc and didn't like it at all.

The speaker in the m130 is not good enough for mp3s and so you wont have a good listening experience. The cheapest palmOS PDA that plays mp3s is the Zire31 and it is a dead ringer of your m130 except for the faceplates and more recent operating system.

What is a dead ringer??
The Zire 31 would be way faster and would also have double the RAM of your m130! However, it has a mini-usb docker, thus no recycling of peripherals!

Ok, so not a dead ringer, but a relative up the street maybe :)

OK, thanks all.
Let summarized:
Plam OS4 can't play Mp3 format
Only with Kinoma2 can play audio and video but warranty of audio is very bad.
