I don't know exactly what you're talking about, but if it's the screen protector type, here are some links:

he talk about the sony privacy filter (http://sonyelectronics.sonystyle.com/micros/clie/accessories/accessory-UX.html#PEGA-PF40) known as pega-pf40 (scroll to the 4th item from the buttom)
can't help you with where-to-buy this product.

I'm not sure about the US site, but SonyStyle.ca still carries these:

Considering that the Sony screen protectors are complete crap (they make your screen milky looking) I wouldn't buy one of these unless you really need privacy. But then if you really need privacy you probably shouldn't have an easily lost/stolen device to begin with.

Thanks guys. I tried Datavision friday and just found out today that they have the filters on backorder, which means they won't be getting anymore.
Sony Style wants $30.00 shipped for 1 of those things. I guess I'll be getting a normal screen protector.
Lupinstel, don't you ever read your email on your clie? Do you want everyone around you reading your mail also?

Sony screen protector (PEGA-SP40) and privacy filters (PEGA-PF50) are tough to find but can be found at Sony Stores in Canada. Usually you need to ask "can you check in the back" and they stumble upon them.
While pricey, they work. I was looking for either, as they do a great job on masking my screen whine...to effectively nothing. Cheap fix for that...

Ha! As if someone that's not sitting right in front of the Clie can read it without binoculars.... I think you're a little paranoid reading your emails on company time. ;)

I have to agree...privacy filters are kind of a joke. Not like you have a laptop with great big font in front of you. Its hard enough to read the UX while holding it up close, imagine at an angle from farther...

I read my email on my UX all the time. But like someone else said you need to be right infront of, and close to the UX to read it anyway. And like I said earlier, my opinion of the regular Sony screen protectors is that the make the screen foggy, and are crap compared to any other brand.

I like them because they are a bit thicker and stop my screen from whining. Actually, I guess it covers it up. Literally.
I've tried other cheap ones via ebay, but they are thinner and don't cover up the whine. Any recommendations on which ones are considered "better than" the sony product itself ?

I bought the privacy filter from a Toronto Sony store, and it does not stop the screen from whining!
