is there some sorta cool app that allows

a pc webcam be streamed over a bluetooth connection to a palm

OR

a palm camera streamed over thru bluetooth to a pc

Cmon Is that is that a cool concept

Can be made to work with Bluetooth, a Bluetooth enabled CellPhone going a longer distance

If you are thinking about using Bluetooth in the same room (short range), then IMHO you would be better off with a cabled solution like http://www.clievideo.com

If interested in Bluetooth connection across a cell-phone, check 'ilkera's posts, or send him an email.

HOWEVER, if the PDA and PC are in the same room, go for the cable alternatives [like clievideo.com]
ie: Bluetooth has a short range - just because it can be done wireless 2 feet from the PC, doesn't mean it *should* be wireless ;->
