I have moved some programs from my Clie T615C to the memory stick. Some of them work from there, but it seems that any programs with a data base don't work. It can't find the data base. I have Mapopolis on the memory stick, but it can't find the map. Anyone have any suggestions?

It is the same for NoahPro, you need cache files inside the internal memory.

Most programs also need databases to be in certain folders on the Memory Stick.

LauncherX allows virtually all programs to work off card but databases stay in RAM. To move it to the card you drag and drop program on a card symbol, and move to card. This is the best, most stable launcher available. Also its file management system allows you to copy or beam items locked in other programs. Try it with L3 skin. also, there is no card catagogy, unless you make one, card item programs can go anywhere.. check reviews at palmgear. supports choose prc files to send by email, links recognises your wordsmith documents, doc, isolo quikword, individual settings text icons up to 5 wide

good luck

If you have a launcher you prefer that is not LauncherX, then try PowerRun. With PowerRun, you move program and their databases to the memory stick. When you launch a program that is on memory stick, PowerRun copies the program and all associated databases to internal RAM to run the app. When you exit the app, PowerRun moves the program and databases back to the memory stick.

You also have the option of just moving the program to the memory stick and leaving the database in RAM. But of course, the main reason to get PowerRun is to save both the app and database to memory stick.

This is a great little program. Try it out.
