Please Help

I get a message on my UX50 that states:

Error

DataMgr.c,Line:9524, Index out of range.

Then it says to press the reset button (which doesn't help).

A hard reset is needed.

Anyone else had this problem?

I think I got that once. Try a regular soft reset (stylus in the little hole on the back). If that doesn't work, the warm reset (holding the up button and sticking the stylus in the little hole) fixed it for me.

Yeah I get that frequently. A lot of times when I use NF3.1. It sucks...no fix for the problem has been discovered as of yet.

weird, i never had that problem with nf3.1 whether i put it in ram or int media/ms. although i used to have that error whenever i exit nf3.1 after running it from int media or card but i cant remember what i did (or if there was anything i did) to fix. now its gone
