i think he means what OS you're running on your computer ... not your palm.. you should probably try to reinstall the hotsync software..

but you might have to reinstall all your conduits too...

Floater read my mind, try reinstalling all the desktop software and go from there. ME is a tough OS, man....

I had the same difficulty and discovered a fix. Go into the AudioPlayer click on the pulldown menu and go to options. Under options click on transfer. This opens the memory stick and allows you to move files. Open the Memory Stick. Open the Palm folder. Open the Programs folder. Open the MSAUDIO folder. Put music there!!! It works great... Good Luck!!!
