loose hotsync cable

I have one more day to return my T5.... and I find that the sync connection seems iffy... If I hold my breath and wiggle it just right it usually connects. Has anyone else had this experience? Is this typical or should I return it and try again? Thanks, Sylvia

I don't have a T5, but if you are unsure about either the data cable or the port on the T5, I would exchange it while you can. There is no sense it settling for hardware that might be defective after you shelled out $400 for a new T5.

I've got a T5 for more than 5 months and the connector is loose, perhaps too loose. At the beginning it was firm and there was no problem, but know it can disconnect very easily. It is not a a big deal, I just have to pay attention when it sync so it doesn't disconnect.
