Hi there,
I tried backing up my palm with outlook, just to get the email addresses into my system.
The sync ended up wird with loss of info compared to what was earlier.
So I did a hard reset to the handheld and tried again. Since that did not work i wanted to get back to the starting pint.
I wanted to resync my handheld (palm Vx) with the desktop, but it always was giving me options of outlook overwrites handheld.
even reinstaling the CD and trying to set it to sync with desktop did not work. Finally I decided to uninstall the hotsync and reinstall. somehow I got the whole plam desktop, uninstalled and that led me to reinstall the software.
Now I have no info in either place.
Any chance to save my life?
