Okay I trashed my Clie NR70 CD that came with my PDA. What can I say moving my desk and set the leg down on the CD by accident busting it into 3 different pieces. My question is this where can I get a replacement CD or download the desktop and all related software that was on the CD. I am mainly wanting the desktop software and the software for viewing, printing the PGP (PictureGear Pocket) pictures. Thanks in advance.

you can download the palm desktop software from palm.com i believe

You can find the full CD iso at my site's ftp.

I have the same problem and need for the install CD content.
Went to www.battl.com and clicked on FTP link.
Log-in window pops up.
Can you let us know how to access your FTP site?

huh? why will it crash yoru computer?

i installed the desktop software from palm.com and it works fine with my NR70v

Hey rob_squared, I started downloading the iso from your ftp but only got half. I am currently not able to connect to finish the rest, can you let me know when it is back up so I can get the rest? TIA

My ftp software crapped out. I'll try restarting tonight.

PS: If you can't get into my ftp try setting IE to pasv mode and try the login as user and password. All I can say is, if you can't get it to work with that, then you never will.

Still no go on your ftp.....:( :( Any other options for my dilema?

Tried to connect but told me too many users you are disconnected. I will keep trying but wasn't sure what you meant on the user and password part.

Then you can't log onto my ftp, sorry.

There's no other way to change the options to let you download.

Oh, and ramos, I get a funky error involving a "/" when I log on to your ftp.

Hey Rob, have read the threads,... I also have no CD to install onto my computer, when I tried to Access your FTP I get the User name and password needed prompt, Can you help!!

I am a new proud owner of an NR70V/U which I got on eBay BUT it didn't come with the installation CD. Got it cheap though. I down loaded palm desktop for Clie from Palm.

I would like to get the Sony intallation CD. Cannot seem to find a download at Sony. Where can I get it ??

I tried ramos96 and rob_squared's ftp's but couldn't get the iso
