I just wanted to know is there a easy way to tranfer your programs and games from one card to the other.

Using a card reader is the fastest. Using data import (so your Clie acts like a card reader) will work, also, albeit probably a little slower. I usually just copy from the old stick to the hard drive and then the hard drive to the new stick.
