I talked with my brother who do plastic "stuff" for diving.

He said he would make a tripod mount for me if we could run something like 100 of them.

I designed a clip which holds the NZ centering a tripod mount under the camera - holding it sideways for photographing panoramas. (multible pictures stiched together to one on the PC)

Are anyone interested in a tripod mount, I know the camera is not a professional production camera, but it is great for kick-back use, the tripod mount would make it easy to mount the NZ to a regular mini-tripod from a photostore. It can be used for panoramas, lowlight photography and naturally pictures with the self-timer.

Suggestions...?

Color...?

Price point...?

I'm interested. I'd be most interested in a CF plug that has a threaded insert for the tripod. It sounds like you're thinking of a clip on type arrangement, which would be OK. Either would be handy... Price point around $10 and black in color.

I'd be interested in it as well!

Bo_,

You had mention about lowlight photography. Do you know what is the longest time exposure that NZ90 offer? 1 sec or more? The most i can try is 1/30sec only. Not longer than that even try it with Night scence mode without flash.

But i will suggest it to be black or something tally with NZ. Price reasonable will do.

i'd be interested also, as already said... make sure it's black! -not too blulky... the slimmer and smaller the better!

to "YITAN's" post , it there a way to manually set the exposure time on the NZ??? I know the NZ gives an F stop and shutter reading... but I haven't seen where I can set this myself??

Still playing with the design, trying to make it one piece so that it stay cheap. (smile) Black and looking like it "Belongs"

As for the shutter and apperature settings. I have looked all over. NO there is no way, it is a entirely automatic exposure with the exception of being able to affect the exposure plus or minus with the exposure compensation feture.

We need one of these Palm Geeks to write us a manual exposure hack. (smile) I would be interested in financing the time investment if I could resell it with a tripod package.
