AMD "may" sue Intel....

They haven't made any actions on this, and from the way they talk, that is a last resort, not an option on the table yet. If Intel abides by the cease and desist order, I doubt AMD will file any charges. But you never know!
You would think that Intel would learn from when Microsoft was caught doing this same exact method of eliminating competition.... oh wait, Microsoft has never been punished in any way.... I guess they did learn. ;)
