My T3 is making a fatal alert announcement saying:
"SystemMgr.c, Line:5852,SysLinkerStub(): Failed to load the shared library."
The only option given is to reset! I have reset many times now but I am stuck almost immediately with this announcement!?
What shall I do?! Thank you!

Have you installed any new applications lately?
I'd do a warm reset (hold the "up" button (and keep holding for a few seconds) while pressing and releasing the reset button). After that, you can try doing a normal reset and see if you still get the same error.
If you get the same error, then it might be because of some new program you just installed. Or I suppose it could be a corrupted file or OS that is causing your problem. Let us know if you installed any applications recently, and if the above warm reset - normal reset sequence does anything. Someone with more knowledge about PalmOS internals might be able to decipher the error message, also.

I tried to do a warm reset! It did not work! To make sure I am pressing the right button, do explain which button is the "up" button?!
My T3 had died on battery and I was recharging it and restoring information on it while this happened! No new instalations. I stopped the Hotsync process because of lack of battery and then this happened.
Thank you

For a warm reset, the up button is the upper part of the 5 way navigator (the big dual button thing in the center). But based on what you said, I'd probably do a hard reset, charge the device for at least an hour (probably better if it was 3-4 hours), and then do the restore. It sounds like something was corrupted during the restore (as a result of the Hotsync being stopped). (The hard reset will erase everything on your device. You've been warned.)
To do a hard reset (which will erase everything on your device), while holding the On/Off button (on the top of the T3), press and release the reset button (the recessed button on the back which you have to use the stylus to press). After a few seconds, release the On/Off button, and press whatever button it says to press to perform a hard reset. This will erase EVERYTHING on your device and put it back to factory condition (i.e. it will be just like when you took it out of the box). After doing the hard reset, just let it sit in the charging cradle for a few hours before you attempt to do anything with it.
Good luck.
