Ok, I was using xiino for a while and I loved it. I thought everything on it was great. Suddenly I cant get it to work. After I connect I go into Xiino to go to a web page and it says that the host does not exist. I have tried for numerous web sites and I can figure it out. Help:confused:

This happened before due to the support website is down. Use webpro which is the best for simple graphic webbrowser. while netfront is true webbrowser although is slower due to the heavy graphic need to be downloaded.

i have webpro and i like it, but the graphics i thought came out better on xiino. so are you saying that it is like a temporary problem with xiino, and it will be fixed later? thanks for the input. also, i am using an sj20 so i cant use netfront can I? if i can, were do I download it from? Also, with webpro, all I get on the screen is a bunch of boxes. only a few of the actually graphics are displayed.

You can't use NetFront nor do I recommend it. Never used xiino and that won't work on my NX anyway. If xiino uses a proxy server and if it's down, then yes it could be your problem. This has also happened with WebPro on one weekend.

Netfront is for OS 5 NX/NZ set to use only.
Xiino is just like webpro but webpro is more stable than xiino. But due to the fact that it depend on the individual proxy server. What do you suggest any other webbrowser just like ppc?

PocketLink (http://www.mdevelop.com/products.jsp) seems to me the best web browser, for hi-res devices.

Is it really 'hi-res' software? To me is no diff with xiino.
I think Webpro is still the best among the low res-webbrowser...

I had try pocketlink 2.55 even higher than your recommended 2.53d. It;s still full of error error ... ... when i just try it on www.palmgear.com.

WebProV is a HiRes browser, it's the same one used on the OS5 Tungsten. It's just not HiRes +
PocketLink 2.55a is out now, so far works good. V2.54 gave me trouble with fatal errors, until I found that if I connect first, then access PLink, all was okay. v2.55 fixed it for me and v2.55a fixed it for the NR.

pocketlink may only access less complicate website like the default homepage from plink.
