Palm m130 Where is the adress file?

have the Palm m130 and I want to ave my adresses but I don't know
what file I must burn on cd...
Does someone know which file I must choose?

If you sync against Palm Desktop you can either:

Select the Address book; perform a menu File, Export... In the Export As dialog box select a location, file name, leave the Export type as ABA, and change the Range to All. Backup the file you generated.
Perform a menu Tools, Options. In the Options dialog box, in the General tab, note the value of the Data directory. In the windows file explorer navigate to that directory. Off of that directory are several subdirectories, one of which is the data directory for your device. This directory is a shortened form of the devices Hotsync name. Example: If your Hotsync name is "John Smith", the data directory might be "SmithJ". Off of this directory you will find several subdirectories such as: address Backup, datebook, expense, Install, memopad, and todo. Inside the address directory there is an address.dat file. That is the file you want to back up.
