I switched computers and downloaded the "Palm Desktop for CLIÉ" 4.1.0 (CD is lost!)

Installed the program, Hotsync is in system tray set to USB.

Connected the TH55. When clicked "hotsync" on the palm, Windows 2K brings "found new hardware" boxes and then I don't know what to tell the "Locate Driver Files" for "Palm Handheld" dialog box.

Any ideas, please?

I already have the driver to mount the MS as a removable drive, if it is relevant at all.

Thanks

MS Mounting Driver is not enough to hotsync

Please download this zipped drivers files from SonyCLieDrivers (http://www.palmzone.net/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=105&ttitle=Sony_CLIE_Drivers)

and unzip where you want and when it's asks "locate the driver" please show
<unzipped location>\Drivers\Hotsync subdirectory and that will be fine

hope it helps
