and emptied trash.... :( And I don't have an e-mail from them any more. (I bought it thru Palmgear in January..). So would palmgear give me another copy, you think? I bought it online with a credit card. They should have all my info, right? Should I contact palmgear or mark space?

just go to the markspace site and download the program again.

there's no download link on MarkSpace's web site - you have to either repurchase the product or... ?

They don't have, like, an account space where you can redownload stuff (like what audible.com or peanutpress.com do)...

So, I guess I am going to have to contact palmgear tomorrow

sorry about that, i had thought there was, but i guess there is only the updater download available. i would suggest you contact markspace rather than palmgear becuase of this quote from the markspace site:
To download a copy after the fact, go back to the order on the store you purchased it from. A URL to take you direct to your order is included in the email confirmation generated by the online store at the time your order is placed. If you've lost this confirmation message, please contact sales@markspace.com (mailto:sales@markspace.com).
i have always gotten quick response from them.
