Treo running Win Mobile?

Ever since palmOne made the statement that they were not locked into any specific operating system, rumors of a Treo running Microsoft's Windows Mobile operating system have been popping up all over the place.

palmOne is no longer responsible for Palm OS, so as a hardware/solutions company, it is important for them to look at all of the options that are available -- even if it does rub people the wrong way.

As for the photos, it's impossible to know if they are a new design or just a prototype for the Treo 650. Only time will tell what palmOne is up to.
