MS Dict works great on my NX. It includes MSDictHack but for some reason it got deleted from my handheld but the MS Dict app still works great. I believe the hack is only for quicklaunching it.
in other words, what you are saying is that there's not way to look up a word in an editable field with MS Dict like you would on an NR? (since there's no hack involved), You can still launch the dictionary but have to manually enter the word? Thanks!

And what about SlovoEd ?? Does the resident part of it work with PalmOS5 ??
I tried to download the demo version from their site, and I did'nt have the "Resident Option" (even if it was in the manual) :(

SlovoEd works fantastically!
I use it all the the time from Russian to English and English to Russian. Great dictionaries!

Yes, but I meant only the "resident" part, which is the ability to access to a definition from another application.
Does it work with your OS5 pda ???
I use both with PowerRun and work flawlessly.

And you can use the "resident" capability ? I downloaded the demo version and wasn't able to use it.
I mean the dictionnary works ok, but there is no option resident in the option menu and I can't use to find a definition from another application.
Can you tell me which version of SlovoEd you use ? From which application do you use the "resident" option and where do you activate this option ???
Thanks !!! :)

I'm using SlovEd 4.12 and there is on 'resident' capability. It works flawlessly on my NX, just wished it was hi-res+
I only upgraded to this after using Ultralingua because this new version compacts the ultralinuga dictionaries much better than Ultralingua itself.
If you want resident capability, check out M:id, although you'll have to find a dictionary for it.

I just don't understand : I have a NX, I downloaded the SlovoEd 4.12 demo version.... And I just don't have the 'resident' options in the option menu :(
Any idea what I must be overlooking ????

Thanks : I was beginning to feel a little stupid trying to find an "invisible" resident capability :)
I tried MiD, it seems to have a resident capability... but I did'nt find a way to use it without the Graffiti zone :(

Yeah, M:id requires that graffiti zone. And I use my NX without the graffiti area with graffiti anywhere. I stopped using M:id because it became a bit buggy when i tried to activate it causing a freeze. Works without any bugs on no virtual graffiti machines.
