moving databases from Palm 4.2 to 5.0

I have an address book and a datebook on my Palm m500 that I want to move to my Sony NX70v. Can I just copy the databases and then (on another computer) replace the ones in Palm 0S5?

I didn't think so.;)

So, how can one do this?

(I have my palm on one computer and my Sony on another).

Everyting else on the palm I do not need.

You can try to beam them, manually copy the files.

Look in the Palm HotSync folder on the desktop. You'll find the backed up data files in their own respective folders and just copy them over to the new Program Files/Sony Handheld HotSync folder.
