Question:

I recently placed an order for a battery and "tools needed for
installation". After receiving the battery, I realized the tools were
not correct. I called your Company and the customer rep quickly stated
he would send a complete set of tools. I just received the tools and
they are the same incorrect tools I received with the initial order.
Your ad states that the tools need for installation are included. I am
very disappointed with the fact that I now need to order a tool from a
third party at additional cost. The main reason I purchased from Laptops
for Less was because of the included tool. I would much appreciate it if
you corrected your ad listing to reflect the fact that the tools needed
for installation are not included.
