MP3 Transfer

How do I transfer MP3 files from my iQue 3600 to a PC?
The PC has a IRDA adapter but there does not appear to be a beam option in the que audio menu.

Erm-use a file manager like Filez, which is available for free.
And-better be prepaired for a long wait in which you can not do anything else with the ique! IRDA is very slow and transfers max. 10KB per second!
