copy/load ROM on Sony Clie UX50

Than it is possible to copy ROM->image/ load image->ROM on my Clie UX50?

No.

You can capture the ROM contents, but it is relatively useless.
There is no known way of rewriting ( "reflashing" ) the ROM in the UX devices

What are you trying to do?
You don't need ROM images to run the Simulator (and there is no ROM Emulator)

Changing the built-in language is not possible either [from what we know]
