If you use ZLauncher you can download a OS5 icon set that can be set within its theme manager. It looks great especially with "Hi-Density Icons" checked in.

There is also a hack called v3bHack ver. 0.3 that enables high density icons in OS 4. Be careful, as most that have used it experieced lockups requiring either soft or hard resets. I found that it works for some apps in the default launcher, but others lock up the system. You can get it here (http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-PaloAlto/7022/v3bhack.html).

I've now got all os5 icon files on my computer+clie, but can't access em in clie paint, how do I copy it so I could paste it in appicon?

I got it on my clie paint, but... clie paint doesn't have a copy function :(
