I've had my TH55 for a month now, and I keep having to pinch myself, because I had to carry 3 spare batteries for my NZ90 and could literally watch the power indicator go down over a period of minutes. (Really!)
I haven't had the battery go below 75% yet.
I used it the other day to play MP3's for background music at an event for 4.5 hours the other night, and it still read 85%. Now, of course, that's with the backlight turned off, but I regularly hotsync and transfer files without the power adapter hooked up for 1-2 hours each day, and rarely does the battery get down to 90%.
I guess I really DON'T need to plug it in every night at my bedside; but it's a habit.
I had reservations buying a PDA without a user replaceable battery, but I've had no need to worry and my fears have been for naught.
This is the first PDA I've had since my HandEra 330 where I didn't have to worry about the battery running down, don't have to carry spare batteries and can easily go away for a three-day weekend without taking the charger.
WOW! ;)
