I think a clear one would be very practical.

I agree, the darkness of the current covers reduces the usefulness of being able to see through them. I wouldn't mind still having a little color though if possible. I was thinking about checking out the blue cover to see if it's any lighter than the black one that comes with it.

Brando sells replacement SJ-33 flipcovers in a variety of colors. No silkscreening, though :(
