In what directory in MS did you put the app in?

Palm/programs/msfiles

Move them to the right directory (PALM/Launcher) and then you'll see the icons in the card (or whatever name you put for the MS)category. There are several ways to do this:
1. Easiest way is to install FileZ (freeware) or McFile (shareware) and then move the files from Palm/programs/msfiles to Palm/Launcher.
2. Use MSGate. Unfortunately this method is not so easy. It won't let you do that directly. You need to move the apps to RAM first and then go back to MSGate, open the PALM/Launcher directory, move the apps back to MS, then they will be in the right directory. This was one of the reasons I don't like MSGate and had replaced it with FileZ or McFile.
3. Once they are in RAM, you can use the default launcher to copy the apps to MS and then delete the RAM version. Some 3rd party launcher can move the apps from RAM to MS Palm/launcher directly w/o copy & delete maneuvering.
4. Use PC. Put the Clie on the cradle, launch MSImport, and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the apps from Palm/Programs/msfiles to Palm/launcher.

I don't use Zlauncher so I can't answer that. It may have special program, like shortcuts, similar to PiDirectII, to make make it work. I use MegaLauncher (ML). Both ML and default launcher use Palm/Launcher for launching app from MS. That is the purpose of the directory, as written in their manuals.

You can check it yourself by exiting from Zlauncher and going to your default launcher's card category.  See if those apps in your MS are still being displayed there.
