I am having a problem getting netfront to install. When I first set up my NX70, I installed netfront without realizing that it needed wireless to be useful. So, I deleted it, probably using FileZ or maybe Clie Files, I don't remember.
Well, now I have wireless and want to put netfront back on. However, when I put the netfront_install.prc on my clie, it doesn't show up as able to be run. Can see it in a file manager, but can't do anything with it.
Any ideas of what I need to do in order to get this to install correctly? Thanks!
John.

Uninstall it now. then re-install it after you clear out 6 mb of memory. It actually only uses 2 mb when it done, but needs 6 mb to install properly. Then you can use the other 4 mb for whatever you want.

Okay, I am sure that this will work. Only problem is I can't *get* to 6MB free. That is very strange, too, because I have JackFlash, and pretty much have moved *everything* to either flash or the MS via powerrun. I can't add up anywhere close to 5MB of files still left in RAM.
Is it possible that my NX thinks that there is less RAM left than is really there, or am I missing a lot of large files? Looked with JackFlash, FileZ (haven't gotten new McFile yet). Any thoughts on this?
Thanks.

Well, you can get by with 4 MB actually. I could sometimes intsall NetFront with 3.5 MB but with 4 MB it'll install fine. Use PowerRun to transfer NF to MS. Using a Launcher with VFS support won't work.
