Hi, what is the best way to fully uninstall a software?

The palm delete function works well. The same goes for ZLauncher. You should look through the ram to check for other files, but these methods will get rid of most of everything.

I like Cleanup and Uninstall manager as well. They delete all of the associated files without having to manually go through your RAM checking for related files. They do cost though.

Yes these two are the best combination for getting rid of every file, because they know what the related databases look like even though the programs will not always normally uninstall them. Though, like I said, Delete and ZLauncher both look for related files, so they do aa medium good job of uninstallation.
