Is there any palm spreadsheet app that can draw 'scatter' chart as in MS excel? I do lab work quite often and have to find best fit lines for data. Can this be done on palm? I've tried Charttogo but it cant draw scatter graph. Power graph cant export the chart to excel. Any suggestion?
Thanks

Puh,
maybe one of the other spreadsheets? Some of them arent that current anymore, eg no DIA, native file support, etc-but can be purchased rather cheaply and have loads of nice features thast DocsToGo, etc lack!

I use MiniCalc at http://www.solutionsinhand.com/mc/minicalc1.htm which supports x-y scatter charts. Although I also have Docs To Go that includes Sheets To Go, I've found MiniCalc the most comprehensive spreadsheet for the Palm platform.

Thanks for your help.
MiniCalc is very nice. But it cant really produce the trendline on the scatter chart.
Anyway, I think actually spreadsheet+scatter chart+best-fit line is quite impossible to do on palm platform

PowerOne Graph is the best scatter plotting software out there, but it is rather expensive. It will display the equation and data points, but not as clean as Excel. It doesn't function as well as my old Diamond Mako and it's BUILT-IN plotting program, but it does serve it's purpose. If you are an educator, there are discounts available to you listed on the PowerOne web page. They do have a 30 day free trial!
I'm not a big fan of DTG anymore as they have been saying for quite a while that the software they offer is most like Word and Excel compared to the competition, but all of the "important" science functionality is missing, IMO. Oh well, my two cents!
