NX-70V and OS9.2.2 - What can and can't be done

Hey all,

I just bought an NX-70V, and I have a PowerBook G4-400, running OS9.2.2. I have held off on OS X because all of my software is OS 9, and I can't afford to get new versions of everything.

In any case, what I want to be able to do is transfer video and mp3, calendar information from Entourage, text in and out of Word, etc. I also want to move PalmOS software onto the Clie. I have no idea how to go about doing it, and I don't know if I should go ahead and buy Missing Link, or if I need to get other software. Any help would be appreciated!

yes, you have to get missing sync. in order for the clie to sync with os9.x. this will allow you to transfer palm os files to the clie, transfer mp3s from itunes to the clie, transfer photos from iphoto to the clie, and mount the memorystick on the desktop to transfer anything else (that's usable).

in order to transfer word files back and forth you need to get the premium edition of documents to go (call dataviz directly and ask for the clie upgrade price) or quick office, etc.

for entourage you just need to download the entourage conduit from microsloth (and have missing sync.
