I tried converting movies into my unit to play through Cliemovie, and for some reason, it wouldn't see it in the system. I figured I would stay with the Kinoma in that case since I have had good results with it.
I have the full registered version of Kinoma Producer. They don't have any settings specific for the TG50 obviously because it is so new. I tried converting a simple small file of the Matrix Superbowl Trailer which transferred fine on the Tungsten, but won't give me the sound on the Clie. I set it up using the Clie Audio option, and the video always plays great, but tells me it won't support the Audio format I chose. What settings should I be using to get this to work? I would also like to keep files as small as possible as I ultimately want to convert TV Shows on a 128 MB MS.

I have had lots of experience encoding video and I feel that Image Converter creates a far superior file when compared to Kinoma. I strongly suggest you use Image Converter instead, I have encoded many TV shows and some movies using it and it works great. One thing to keep in mind is when using Standard Mode only 61 minutes will fit on a 128MB Memory Stick. If you choose to use Kinoma you must choose Yamaha Audio instead, I'm not sure why.

I found that CLIE Audio for kinoma doesn't work as well

It says Yamaha Audio is "mono" only? How does that sound compared to "stereo" ?
