I'm trying to buy one for my TH-55 but I've found the PEGA-UC500 onlt and I don't know if it works, so which ones are the cradles compatibles with TH-55?.

I Use an old cradle for a NR70v Just stick a bit of bluetack over the locking nub, All features ie Charge and sync via button on cradle work perfectly.

Pega spc-100 is cool. '55 fits perfectly and the attached speakers are good. Mine came at a budget price straight from sonystyle and they threw in a game controller for free. I don't know why more people don't use this cradle

The PEGA-SPC100 is not saled anymore, and is out of stock at sonystyle. Where can I found it at good price?

There're more models compatible? I've checked at ebay Spain for the PEGA-SPC100 and none selling.

I use the UC75. Here's a thread about the required UC75 modifications. (http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=44727&highlight=uc75+modification)

Thanx, I keep trying at ebay, but most sellers are sending only to the USA.

I use a UC-500 that I picked up cheaply.

For the TH55, the difference between the various cradles is the location of the alignment 'pip'. This causes the CLIE to not 'sit' into the cradle completely. However, the CLIE fits firm enough for charging and syncing. That is, this is only a cosmetic issue. If you prefer, you can grind off the pip on a UC-500 but I chose not to.
