I tried installing the program to c hange or add a different skin, or wallpaper to my NX, and it froze on me asking to reset. What did I use you ask ?! That Yoshi-something or another program. Is there anything and if there is can anyone please give me instructions on how to install a launcher, and some skins.

What kind of skins do you want to install? Launcher skins? Graffiti skins?
Something like wallpaper on your desktop but instead on my clie...

The only two launchers that can easily do wallpapers are ZLauncher (the best IMO) and YiShow.
There is another app called CodeDiver (http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?catalog=1&jid=B2FED3A58B2B96747D49ABDX123FB417&productId=59805&authorId=88809§ionId=0&productType=2&siteId=1&platformId=1) that will allow you to add a background to just about any program. It also allows to to do a bunch of other hacks to the system. You might want to stay away from that though if your not comfortable with crashing your Clie a few times.
So you're saying that Yoshi crashes our NX systems. Show me where to download the best one, and how to install. All I'm looking for is wallpaper or skins for my Clie....

Yoshi? Not sure what that is.
For ZLauncher and YiShow, they can both be found at PalmGear.com. For CodeDiver, there is a link in my previous post.

LOL, I meant to say Yishow. Yoshi is that turtle on the Mario games on the Nintendo systems... But I installed Yishow on my memory stick and launched it from there and damn there are a lot of things I can do, but I don't know how. And Yes, Yishow froze my clie and it asked for a reset...

You may have already seen this, but Spradlin's website http://www.launchplug.com/ has a lot of information on launchers (it has sections that take you through backgrounds etc.). Look on the left side for the links related to Launchers (specifically Launcher Power Tips) and there is a section on Yishow. I don't use Yishow, but I followed his directions for Zlauncher and it worked like a charm.
Good luck!
