I am having major problems. On several occasions, I have update my Palm contacts as I wanted them to appear Main Telephone #, Fax #, email, etc. Once I go to HotSync all things go back as they were prior to spending several hours formatting them as I want them to be. I really need to solve this problem. The other issue I am having is I delete categories in Memo, and when I HotSync they come right back. I have selected Handheld overwrites Macintosh, and that has not helped either. Where are the backup files stored, are they part of this problem? Please help me resolve this issue.
