Ok I'm COMPLETELY LOST and a little frustrated. I want to change the skin of my NR70V. I have been trying to download a whole host of stuff, Yishow for example, and I cant get anything to work. HELP!!

Can you give a little more detail, so maybe someone could help. You can't get the yishow launcher to work? Or, you have the launcher working but can't add backgrounds? What other "whole bunch of stuff" have you downloaded? When you say you downloaded it, have you just downloaded zip files to your computer or have you actually installed them on your Clie?

I've managed to download ML4 and Yishow launchers to my Clie, but I dont seem to be able to get the skins to display. Yishow works on my Clie, but if I try to download some of the skins and backgrounds it crashes the unit. I understand that the skins and backgrounds need to be loaded to individual folders on the memory stick in palm/programs/yishow/skin or /wallpaper, but when I try to change them all i get is black blotches for icons then it crashes. I am obviously doing something wrong, but I cant figure out what it is. Do you think I should try another launcher?

Try not puting them on MS and just on the Clie.

I don't know much about Yishow (I use zlauncher) but a lot of people seem happy with it. I find that http://www.launchplug.com/ (a very informative site maintained by a clie source member) has a lot of good information on launchers (it will walk you through stuff). Look on the left side for the links related to Launchers (specifically Launcher Power Tips) and there is a section on Yishow.

Thanx you guys. I tried out MegaLauncher and its great! Its easy and hassle free.
